The 5 Laws of an ELITE Athlete…

Law 1You must be willing to adapt and be flexible with your training routine, as your body demands it.

As your body moves from Type A to Type B to Type C and finally to Type D…you’ll have to know WHEN to switch up your training regimen and HOW to do it.

Law 2You must ALWAYS track your improvements.

If you don’t track your improvements you might as well not even work out.  This is the only way to know if you’re ready to move onto Type B, C and D.
